About Me:

Kimberley is a native Houstonian who values learning, growth, and meaningful connection. My top five CliftonStrengths are Learner, Achiever, Developer, Intellection, and Positivity, and they influence how I approach leadership and coaching.
I bring more than 25 years of experience in higher education and project management and currently serve as Director of Enterprise Project Management and Reporting at the University of Houston. In this role, I provide strategic direction for the Campus Solutions Services Project Management Office, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering complex, enterprise initiatives.
As a coach, I am passionate about helping students identify their natural talents, build confidence, and intentionally apply their strengths as they navigate college, leadership roles, and career exploration. I also work with staff and teams to promote clarity, collaboration, and effective use of individual and collective strengths. My approach is practical, supportive, and grounded in helping people do their best work.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, gardening, playing board games, traveling, and practicing marksmanship.
