Applicants must submit the following application and materials to be considered for admission into the Mathematics Coaching Certificate program.

Write a statement of interest that addresses the following:
- Reason(s) for applying to the specific program
- Preparation for the intended field of study
- Research and study interests
- Future career plans or other aspects of your background and interests
Format:
- Maximum of 3 pages, double-spaced
- Times New Roman font (12 point)
- 1-inch margins
All graduate applicants, regardless of citizenship status, must demonstrate proficiency in English to obtain admission to UH. Many applicants meet this requirement based on earning an undergraduate degree in the United States and do not need to submit documentation beyond their transcript.
