Dr. Nouhad Rizk is an instructional professor and director of undergraduate studies in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Houston. Her interests include data science, educational data mining, machine learning and information retrieval, with a particular focus on using technology and data-driven approaches to enhance student learning and success. She is also deeply engaged in innovative computer science education having developed numerous programs that connect students with experiential learning, research and professional development opportunities. Dr. Rizk has received multiple awards recognizing her teaching and service.
