Live on campus with an energized and passionate community focused on Being Well as a foundation to Doing Well – as a student now, and for the rest of your life. The Be Well Do Well LLC creates an exhilarating culture of exploring all the dimensions of health and wellness that underpin the ability to be successful students and healthy humans.
Our vibrant on-campus community brings a sense of belonging among other first-year students who want to learn how to improve their holistic wellness—from mindfulness to movement, nutrition to sleep, and mental health to healthy relationships—students will support each other in building core wellness habits that create success.

The Be Well Do Well LLC empowers students to put wellness at the center of their higher education experience to thrive now and lay the groundwork for a lifetime of health and wellness.
How Will I Benefit?
- We prioritize Health and Wellbeing through workshops on different dimensions of wellness, including learning about mindfulness, stress relief, nutrition, sleep hygiene, and healthy relationships.
- We provide insider access to Health and Wellbeing programs and services including early registration, personalized coaching, and other supports.
- You will have the opportunity to attend exclusive meet and greets with representatives from Health and Wellbeing departments including UH Wellness, Campus Recreation, Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), Student Health Center, as well as partners such as Dining Services.
- Our community incentivizes healthy living through weekly wellness challenges, hands-on experiences, and self-tracking.
Where Will I Live?
This community is part of Cougar Village. You will live in a 2-bedroom suite with two students per furnished bedroom and a private bathroom per suite. Other amenities include:

- Cougar Village Market (convenience store)
- Moody Towers Dining Hall
Eligibility Requirements
- All freshman are eligible
- Enroll in common section of USS 1301 College Success, which satisfies UH Core Writing in the Discipline

How Do I Apply?
Visit the myHousing application in AccessUH and select the Be Well, Do Well LLC. Applications are due June 30th. Spaces are limited, so apply early.
