UH Coog Moms
UH Coog Moms is a long-standing, university-affiliated organization dedicated to building community among the families and supporters of University of Houston students.
While the Coog Moms name honors the mothers who founded and built the organization, membership and participation are open to all family members and supporters of current and former UH students—including moms, dads, grandparents, guardians, siblings, spouses, partners, chosen family, mentors, and others who play an important role in a Cougar's journey.
Connect. Support. Celebrate.
UH Coog Moms provides opportunities for families and supporters to:
- Connect with others who understand the college journey
- Participate in social gatherings, volunteer opportunities, sporting events, and special UH traditions
- Ask questions, share experiences, and build relationships with fellow Cougar supporters
- Support scholarships and programs that directly benefit UH students
- Stay connected to the University of Houston community throughout their student's journey
Whether you're supporting your Cougar from across Houston, across Texas, or across the country, UH Coog Moms offers a welcoming community where you can connect with others, celebrate your student's milestones, and be part of the Cougar experience.
Every Cougar has a village—and there's a place for you in ours.
