Seminar Overview:
Consumers are adopting solar, batteries, smart thermostats, EVs and other connected solutions in their quest for Affordable, Reliable and Sustainable power. The adopters of these technologies are more engaged than ever in their energy footprint. These technologies are also increasingly turning them from being consumers of energy to “prosumers” (Producer-consumers). Learn about how energy companies are developing new and innovative solutions to meet the needs of these “New Energy Consumers” and turn them into grid assets. This seminar discusses these solutions and how energy companies are leveraging these distributed assets as “virtual power plants (VPPs)” that meet the needs of the electricity grid.
