About the Program
Cougar PUMP (Peer Undergraduate Mentoring Program), in collaboration with Mentor Collective, connects current students with incoming students to foster success, belonging, and community. Mentors play a critical role in supporting 3,000–5,000 incoming Cougars each year.
This program is offered in partnership with the Division of Student Affairs, Dean of Students, Center for Student Empowerment, Veteran Services, University Career Services, and Student Housing and Residential Life.
