Providing Production Support For More Than 500 Events Each Year
Venue Management & Production Services oversees six performance venues and supports more than 500 events annually across the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts, including rehearsals, concerts, recitals, operas, theatrical productions, special events, and external rentals. Our team provides end to end venue and production support through scheduling, event coordination, technical execution, and resource management to ensure every event runs safely and seamlessly. We also maintain production equipment and inventory, conduct annual venue evaluations and reporting, and support continuous improvement across our facilities. Our mission is to enable artistic excellence by delivering professional, efficient, and mission driven service for every event we support.
