The Office of the Associate Dean for Operations provides executive leadership for the administrative and operational infrastructure of the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts.
This office oversees all college support divisions and ensures alignment across strategy, resources, systems, and implementation to advance student success, faculty excellence, and institutional sustainability.
The Associate Dean for Operations directly oversees the College’s central support offices, including:
- Marketing & Communications
- Admissions & Recruitment
- Schedules & Scholarships
- Information Technology
- Venue Management & Production Services
- Ticketing & Season Planning
- Office for Student Success & Advising
- Special Events & Strategic Projects
- Stakeholder & Alumni Relations
- Community Arts Academy
These divisions collectively support the academic, artistic, and public-facing work of the College.
In addition to divisional oversight, this office leads:
- Implementation of the College Strategic Plan
- Cross-unit operational alignment across schools and affiliated units
- Administrative infrastructure for faculty, staff, and students
- Operational efficiency and process improvement
- Facilities planning and space utilization strategy
- Budget workflow alignment and resource coordination
- College-wide production and venue integration
