Teaching 

Huda Sayyid is a lecturer in Arabic at the University of Houston. Ms. Sayyid grew up in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, the daughter of two academic linguists and a polyglot father. Naturally, she grew up with a love of languages, and especially of Arabic. Ms. Sayyid graduated from the academic system in Saudi Arabia and also gained undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Houston and Texas Southern University. Ms. Sayyid holds a certification in foreign language teaching, and she enjoys exploring with her students not only the wonders of Arabic language, but also the beauty and diversity of Arab cultures. She has extensive experience as a teacher, translator, and interpreter of Arabic.
