Dr. Wright has been working on this worthy initiative to research the programs she has in mind for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) for several years. She has been participating in Change Child Welfare Conferences (a Call to Action) since 2025 with specific emphasis of uniting as an International Community to impact change.
