HHP faculty Dr. Billy Hawkins was recently interviewed on the Houston Matters segment of Houston Public Media. The segment titled "Why Aren’t There More Minority Head Coaches?" looked at research suggesting that minority players have historically been steered away from playing positions on the field that are a pipeline to careers in coaching.
